What happens to gold I recycle?

It is refined back to pure gold and returned to the supply chain to be remade into new jewellery and other products, reducing the need for newly mined gold.

Do I still get paid if I recycle?

Yes. Recycling and selling are the same thing here: you receive a fair offer based on the LBMA spot price and are paid within a minute of accepting.
